The indicator provides valuable insights into normal personality differences, which can often be the source of misunderstandings and miscommunications. Understanding and recognising these differences can provide a spring board for improved communication, teamworking, management and Leadership skills. The tool is also widely used in personal development, career counselling, organisational development, education & curriculum development and relationship counselling.

• We design and deliver bespoke Team Development workshops utilising the tool. The training is designed to be a positive, enlightening and up-lifting experience that improves many aspects of team working. We can almost guarantee those 'light-bulb' moments of self-discovery.and insights into a team's dynamics.  The MBTI® tool is used internationally and has been translated into more than 30 languages, so if your team is multi-cultural in nature, then we can usually arrange for the questionnaires to be 'first-language specific'.
