We offer various levels of support and provision dependent upon specific requirements

• The complete design and delivery of tailored programmes and workshops. These would typically include slide sets, workbooks, group exercises, energisers, action or sustainability plans. Where required we can provide detailed Leader's Guides and support materials and incorporate a 'Train the Trainer' session to build capability for future 'In-house' delivery of repeat programmes.
• For companies who's in house trainers do not have either the time or the current knowledge or skill set to deliver training in a specific area, we can design the relevant materials and programmes for 'in house' delivery, whilst providing the relevant training or support.
• The design of structured  'personal learning materials' to be completed as part of the normal day's activities, which are then reviewed during a formal training session.
